I’m Diane DeJesus, a Registered Dietitian, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Trauma-informed Mindfulness Teacher.
I’m also an Autistic mom, living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder after experiencing Postpartum PTSD.
PMDD is a chronic, debilitating condition in which the brain has an abnormal and outsized response to the normal hormonal changes of the menstrual cycle.
After hitting rock bottom, unable to work, and barely able to perform daily tasks, I found peace and acceptance in my relationship with PMDD, through the practice of mindfulness.
As a result, I was able to re-engage with my life and rediscover myself. Now, I want to help you to Stress Less and Live More with Mindfulness for PMDD.
